Cooking Project “How to Make Spring Roll” by CSL Level 03A Students
We believe that students can learn more easily when they are involved more. On October 3, 2019, Level 3A Students from CSL Program at Aii Language Center, Toul Kork Campus organized a cooking project how to make spring roll.
After the cooking project, students are provided opportunities to learn lifetime skills through practicing basic such as counting, weighing, measuring, tracking time. They also gain social skills by working and communicating together.
It is also an opportunity to teach nutrition education such as planning meal and making smarter food choices. This can also aid students in acceptance of responsibility because each student has a task to complete to contribute the meal preparation and cleanup.
Finally, the cooking project can build positive memories that promote future healthy and enjoyable cooking at home and elsewhere.
